1. Who we are

Ask & Get Reviews ("we", "us") helps local service businesses ask their customers for Google reviews by email and text message. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Business account information: business name, owner name, email, phone number, logo and Google review link, provided during onboarding.
• Business verification information: legal business name, EIN/Tax ID, entity type, industry, physical address and authorized contact details, collected to register texting numbers with US mobile carriers.
• Customer information: names, email addresses and phone numbers of a business's customers, uploaded by the business or sent to us through connected tools (such as Zapier or a CRM webhook) so review requests can be delivered.
• Activity information: message delivery, link clicks, reviews received and replies, used to show results in the dashboard.

3. How we use information

• Sending review requests and reminders by email and SMS on behalf of the business.
• Syncing Google reviews and posting replies the business approves.
• Creating social media posts from reviews when the business chooses.
• Operating, securing and improving the service.

4. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services is permitted.

Text messages are sent only to customers of the business who have provided their phone number to that business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop all messages. Opt-outs are honored immediately and added to a suppression list.

5. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery and social posting providers) and with the business whose customers are contacted. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention and security

We keep information while a business account is active and delete or anonymize it on request. Access is restricted per business, and data is encrypted in transit.

7. Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out of email.
• Businesses can ask us to export or delete their data at any time.
